The EVA project and its database owe much of their successful development and sustainability to the commitment of more than 50 partner institutions, including research institutes and university departments in history, art history, heritage and related disciplines, as well as museums and libraries across Europe. Foremost among these are the institutions represented on the project’s Editorial Board, the member institutions of the RIHA network, and the affiliated institutions of the project’s Scientific and Editorial Coordinators, whose indispensable organizational support, consistent scientific leadership and close international cooperation have been crucial at every stage of the project’s implementation. Their shared commitment has helped to strengthen the project’s collaborative research infrastructure, whilst also consolidating the art history research ecosystem at a European level.

How to support the project?

The EVA project thrives through the voluntary participation of its academic and museum partners.

If you are a researcher, curator, specialist or professional in the art world, you can provide scientific support to the project by offering to write one or more articles on undocumented objects that fall within your area of expertise.

If you are a patron, you can provide financial support to the project by offering to sponsor the technical development and enrichment of the database or the organization of scientific events to promote the results of the project.

Every contribution plays a vital role in strengthening this collective effort and in broadening its impact within the international art history research community.
